At Asha Vatslaya Foundation, we rely on the generous support of our donors. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

1. Donation Policy

Donations made to the Asha Vatslaya Foundation are voluntary contributions towards our charitable causes. Once a donation is successfully processed, it is considered final and is generally non-refundable.

2. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following specific cases:

  • Duplicate Transactions: If the same amount is charged more than once due to a technical glitch.
  • Failed Transactions: If a transaction fails but the amount was deducted from your bank account.
  • Technical Errors: Any other proven technical error on our payment gateway that resulted in an incorrect charge.

3. Cancellation

  • You can cancel a donation at any time before completing the payment process on the Razorpay gateway.
  • Once the payment is successful and the transaction is completed, it cannot be cancelled.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to a technical error or duplicate charge, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Send an email to support@ashavatslayafoundation.co.in with the subject line: "Refund Request".
  • Include the following details in your email:
    • Full Name
    • Registered Email & Phone Number
    • Transaction ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
    • Amount Donated
    • Date of Transaction
    • Reason for refund request

Our team will review your request and, if approved, process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
